DELIVERY FEE: All rentals are subject to an additional delivery charge outside 40 miles of our local radius of Tampa Florida 33617
BOOKING FEE: All reservations require the CLIENT to pay PROVIDER NON-REFUNDABLE (“Booking Fee”) and complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions on the contract. A 25% Deposit at time of booking.
DIGITAL DELIVERY: A wifi/Internet connection is required for any immediate digital delivery or digital-only photo booth. If wifi is not available an additional $25 will be added to the contract.
HOLIDAYS: Holiday bookings are subject to an additional $100 to $200 fee. Unless event booked 90 days in advance.
OUTDOOR EVENTS: For OUTDOOR events, we require to be completely protected from the outside elements. It needs to be on a flat surface and a shaded covered area to protect our equipment. Tents are temporary structures. In severe weather/high winds we must change the tent for permanent shelter.
IN THE CASE OF HIGH WINDS OR HEAVY RAINS, WE REQUIRE TO BE SETUP INDOORS.
